AlexanderSolia Vertriebs-GmbH is a young and ambitious
sales and distribution company, which was established in
2005 when the two companies Alexanderwerk AG and Solia
Palmer GmbH, who each had a long tradition, merged. |

| With a
newly established company - the FoodTec GmbH – the
AlexanderSolia Vertriebs-GmbH on 1 July 2007 took over
the activities of the Solia Palmer GmbH Küchentechnik
registered in Freiberg. With that step the
AlexanderSolia further strengthened her position in the
area of canteen kitchen and food processing machines. |

| The
newly established FoodTec GmbH will continue to produce
the entire Solia product portfolio and distribute it
nationally and internationally through the
AlexanderSolia in Remscheid. Therefore AlexanderSolia
continues to offer both brands Alexanderwerk and Solia,
who both enjoy worldwide recognition and can draw on
their long traditions. |

| The
trademark of AlexanderSolia is the clear structure of
its substantial product range: smaller machines for use
in the gastronomy sector, larger ones for community
kitchens right up to complete systems for industrial
food processing, that are used on farms and in the
foodstuffs industry. In between there are broad
applications for caterers, hotels and canteens. |
